All Better!
Mollie got to spend some quality time with her daddy this past weekend. I had to be at work on Friday, Saturday and today (Sunday). She had a great time with him. She stood up for 1 minute by herself and held onto his hands and walked a little bit. She's becoming such a big girl!
I will update after July 4th weekend. It's going to be pretty busy!

Sick, sick & sick
Wednesday morning at 4:30am, Mollie woke up with a fever of 101.1. I gave
her some Motrin and she kind of went back to sleep until about 6:30. For the
rest of day, it went up and down. She had her nighttime bottle and Harry put her
down to sleep at 8:00. I was going to wake her up at 9:30 to get more medicine
in her. Instead, Mollie woke herself up, threw up on me 4 times in 1 minute and
then proceeded to throw up on Harry 3 times in another minute. We called 911 and
the ambulance came and brought Mollie and I to the hospital (Harry followed us).
We got to the hospital at 10:15 and got home at 1:00am.
While we were at the hospital, her fever went up to 103.7 and then they got
it down to 102.9. She has double ear infection and is on antibiotics to make my
baby all better.
She had a good day today. The only time that she had a fever was this
morning but the rest of the day it was down. But that was with switching between
Motrin and Tylenol. I know that she will get all better soon!
I promise my next post will be with better news about my little
monkey.

Pictures on Sunday
Mollie took her 12 month pictures (I know Michael, 1 year) yesterday and they took 107 pictures! I would post all of them because they were so good, but I know some people would get a little annoyed with it. If you would like to see all of them, I will be happy to email them to you.
She did a great job with all of them and it looked like she posed for alot of them.
We went to Mollie's best friend's birthday party yesterday. Mollie played on the swing, took a ride in a little car and played on the floor with the other kids. She had so much fun! Again, she had SO much fun with the birthday cake. And no, it didn't get in her hair.
I'm just watching the show Mad About You and it's the one where Jamie gives birth and it just brings back so many memories of having Mollie. It's amazing how fast a year has gone by! Just remember everyone, ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF WHATEVER YOU'RE DOING!

Today, we had a very exciting day. We went on MARTA to Centennial Olympic Park and watched all the big kids play in the fountains. We walked over to the CNN center for lunch. Harry met us over there and Mollie ate so well (cheese quesadila). We came home and Mollie only had a 30 minute nap before we had to her 1 year doctor appointment.
HERE IS THE UPDATE:
Mollie is 27 inches long. (5%)
Mollie is 17lbs 2oz (little less than 5%)
Mollie's head is 44cm (20%)
Dr. King said that she can start on whole milk (mainly for her to gain weight), but she should only have about 18oz a day. He is was very happy with her development.
When we got home, Mollie stood by herself for 2 seconds (literally 2 seconds)!
I'll post more at the end of the week.

Mollie's 1st Birthday
We continued to enjoy the rest of the week with Marc's "friend" came in town on Wednesday night. On Thursday afternoon, Marc and his "friend" Shosh, GOT ENGAGED! We all had lunch at Twist at Phipps Plaza and continued to celebrate with them at a dinner at the Silberstein house.
On Mollie's actually birthday, Mollie woke up at the same time she was born at 6:58 am. She played in her mommy and daddy's bed until it was time for us to go on our walk and breakfast. She had a very long nap and then we went to the Silberstein house for Shabbat dinner. Marc and Shosh made a DELICIOUS dinner of veggie and tofu stir-fry. I was very proud of my brother for being in the kitchen making dinner! Mimi bought Mollie, Ryan and Nathan a cupcake and they all enjoyed it.
On Father's Day, the whole family met for breakfast at The Flying Biscuit. It was a chance for us to celebrate together and to say good-bye to Marc and Shosh. We won't see Marc until next year, so of course I burst into tears when I told him good-bye. We are so proud of him and can't wait to hear what he is learning, seeing and experiencing.
Updates on Mollie:
She is crawling EVERYWHERE!
She is pulling up on EVERYTHING!
She is talking up a STORM!
She is giving kisses to EVERYONE!
And she is just as cute as can be!
I will update after Tuesday when her 1 year appointment is.
